if you have a 4 legged co-pilot, they call animal control and he has to go to the vet. a/c went out, he was on the floor cooling down, next thing I know there was a gestopo there telling me he needed IV fluids and ice packs, no he needed people to leave him the hell alone. vet bill was $49 to house him, no IV, nothing, they said his temp was up a bit but nothing close to dangerous. they convinced me to go back to Kenworth though

The technicians that worked on my unit stole personal items from the truck. The manager said he couldn’t do anything about it, but would “work with us” next time we needed work done. Unacceptable. Why would I give you any more business?

Big thanks to Lexington Truck Sales for getting us worked into their busy schedule. Had an emergency issue arise and everyone else said it would be a week before they could work us in. Wayne stayed late to fix the issue to assure our bus was up and running. A big thanks from Gold Shield Limos
