DO NOT BUY A HOME IN THIS DEVELOPMENT. The parking is atrocious, and I can almost guarantee you if you buy a home here you will end up with multiple parking tickets and towed vehicles that that HOA will do absolutely nothing about. There is a Lady named Dana who deals with parking violations in this neighborhood and she is one of the meanest most disrespectful people I have ever interacted with in my life. Again do not buy a home here unless you ride a bike everywhere.
Parking is an absolute joke. Can’t invite guests over without offering to pay the ticket they are definitely going to be getting.
Beautiful towmhomes
The parking here is a joke. They say you can't park anywhere in the complex if you don't have an assigned parking stall. This makes it nearly impossible for everyone to find a place to park. If you park on the side of the streets you get a tire boot and a hefty ticket. Disappointed in the architects, management and the city for letting this happen.
There is little to no parking for guests. Ridiculous. My parents came to visit and even the main street outside the development has been painted red. Their car was ticketed. The city (Orem) should have required more guest parking. DO NOT buy here if you have a car or any of your friends or family have a car.
