Been living here for almost 3 years now the management and maintenance do not like to handle things the way they should, the apartments are not suitable to live in especially with little kids. Now it’s been 5 years since I’ve been living out here, I can say a few things have changed thanks to the manger Brittany who is no longer working here which sucks in my opinion. I did receive an answer from the office, while the wait is frustrating the office manager is still nice and sound get best. I’m sure no parties are trying to be difficult but the compliance processing is a bit lengthy. I am hair to have received an update.
I’m updating my review because it’s been nearly a month since I applied. Communication from the office is terrible I’m assuming they don’t usually have people call and check in. I’m not aggressive or rude I just ask for updates and I literally have to call from another number for an answer. I’ve drive you there several times for the office to be closed during business hours. The office’s manager is nice but I really want them to get her some help. She can’t do everything alone end have never had an application process take so long. I understand having to clean the unit out but simply telling a person if they’re fully approved and having a lease agreement ready shouldn’t take 30 days if you have units available. Corporate needs to step in and help her.
