I recently had my cleaning with Lucy and an exam with Dr. Will! Lucy is awesome and gentle! Dr. Will is clear and direct with what he recommends. Dr. Gatti will be seeing me for an invisalign consultation at my next appointment. I absolutely love this office and how transparent they are with treatment and pricing. No smoke and mirrors here! I appreciate the work done by all, my dentist Dr. Will works on the teeth as it is his artwork . He is very gentle and makes sure that the patient is comfortable. I can also always be assured the work is done properly.
Read this if you consider getting retainers! We ordered retainers for my daughter and was told it takes 2-3 weeks. However, after 6 weeks (twice amount of time) and many phone calls, we still have not received them. We were told to wait another 2-3 weeks yesterday. They didn’t even follow up the order with the company at all - highly irresponsible. We had to call to check the status which is the time they realized the retainers have not been made.
