Dr. Gatti is the best, at once efficient, skillful, gentle, and a perfectionist. Working on my front crown, I could tell at every moment that he has done hundreds of those and, at the same time, is treating my crown as if it were the only one he'd ever do. So I’m about half way through my treatment at Dr. Gatti, and thus far I’ve been absolutely delighted with the service from Lexington Smile Studio. Let’s start at the front office…the staff at the front desk have been wonderful. Every communication with them has always, without exception, been courteous and respectful. My daughter had a tongue tie release completed. Scheduling was quick and staff was responsive. Dr. McElligott was thorough with her exam and explained things so well to ensure husband and I understood the recommendations. The procedure was great, the staff was great with my daughter and they reviewed the exercises to ensure we were set up for success.
