Place sucks. No one here during business hours, advertised that you can buy a lock using the virtual kiosk, but there’s no option to buy the lock. And no one will answer the phone during business hours so I can get a lock for the unit, as advertised

Well my boyfriend rented a unit this morning paid and then goes to enter code for gate and it said no access to storeage area now we just setting waiting till they respond with how to fix this issue. Then I see all these negative reviews and thinking maybe this place wasn't a good choice.

The kiosk is 24/7 but the facility is not.

I used this facility for two years. Storage units are great, but management is horrible. They have a 24 hour kiosk which lets you rent a unit and manage your payments at any time of the day which is convenient, but that makes it so the people who own and operate this place don't have to physically do anything to manage it.
