Previously was two stars as I was having an extremely hard time contacting them to deal with a time sensitive issue, however it was my fault that it was time sensitive so I won’t fault them there. However in the past I have had issues with communication with them and sometimes issues with their 24/7 kiosk, however the staff are kind and helpful when you get ahold of them. Seriously, the easiest storage experience I've ever had. I have been using Lexington Self Storage for about a year now and it is honestly the best storage place I've experienced. They have a kiosk that makes setting up really quick and easy, I was done in just a few minutes. The staff are friendly and helpful whenever I need anything and the facility is always clean and well kept. Pricing is affordable too which I really appreciated. Place sucks. No one here during business hours, advertised that you can buy a lock using the virtual kiosk, but there’s no option to buy the lock. And no one will answer the phone during business hours so I can get a lock for the unit, as advertised
