My family member gave BERY EISENBACH a $1,000 deposit, and it has now been over a month with no refund. We have been reaching out multiple times asking for the money back, and instead of resolving the issue, he either ignores our messages or says he’s on vacation or just got off an airplane. His travel schedule is not our responsibility. Returning someone’s deposit should be handled professionally and in a timely manner. This has been extremely disappointing. I can’t get ahold of anyway then when I do they answer with an attitude my tub haves been backed up for 5 months now I put in numerous work orders but nothings done . Then I have. Leak in my tub that’s growing mold but they don’t care about that how do yal take over an apartment and still be slums like the last management but want 1000 in rent what a joke
Vendors BEWARE! This establishment ignores invoices, avoids calls and disrespects its vendors. They owe us thousands of dollars and then complain about the review we posted. No attempts have been made to bring their accounts current and so mechanic liens have been placed on there properties. Google requires a star, otherwise I would put a thumbs down!!
I live at one of their properties, Rosehill Pointe, in Lenexa, KS. They clearly can't afford to operate as this place has tanked so badly. I've got a ceiling full of moldy insulation that was patched up and is now flooding my apartment again because they can't afford plumbers that fix things right the first time. I've got a door that I can barely open and can't close that they've been telling me for 6 months that they are "working on it". It doesn't take 6 months to replace a door. Everybody with the concern or something wrong with their apartment or getting their deposit back after leaving it clean the way that they found it. Let’s get together and form a Class Action Lawsuit .
