Fraudulent charges. They charged the VA. The VA paid the bill in accordance with Community Care Network godliness, then they charged me directly. Horrible customer service. I waited on the phone for 25 minutes to speak to a representative. At the 25 minute mark, the system sent me to an automated payment system. I pressed "0" several times to request to speak to a representative, it sent me back to the original system, "waiting for a representative. I finally hung up at the 40 minute mark.
I have had the worst experience with Lexington Radiology or whomever does their billing. I have yet to receive a bill but I receive harassing calls from them indicating that my bill is already flagged for collections even though I never received a bill. I spoke to them several times on the phone and was told it would be sent. I was able to give them my insurance information and received a call today with my balance due but the lady refused to send me a bill.
