I felt that they were very unprofessional
These people are extremely wishy washy. From Margaret, their “director of ops”, to the rest of the staff who are completely non responsive and anti-tenant. It took 3 debilitating months before they would do anything about a leaky pipe under our sink. Not only did they want us to pay for it, but the contractors they finally sent to fix it looked like escaped convicts. Apparently they only deal with “luxury” apartments and homes.
