The front desk staff are very nice and professional! Dr. Amanda Warner is very unprofessional and has awful bedside manners. She didn't make me feel comfortable from the beginning. She told me that," she was taking a sample from my toenail and the callus on my feet. She clipped a piece off of my big toenails and then scraped a small amount off the callus. I’m a type1 diabetic…and I found this to be a waist of valuable time!! They do not take care of diabetic routine care! Went there three months for nothing….i can’t even walk on the left side because of the pain! If you are a diabetic this is NOT the office for you!!! Diabetics need Dr who value and care their patients. No stars would be too many
I was set to be a new patient at this practice, my original appointment got rescheduled a month later due to something on the doctors end. I show up to my appointment 7 minutes late due to trying to find the office plus parking. I get in there and the front desk attendant says the doctor has a strict 5 minute grace period, which is something that they should inform patients of prior.Nonetheless they would not see me and I have been in foot pain for the past three months. The building is modern and clean, however the customer service is awful. Looking for another podiatry. Not sure if the level of care of through the VA but support staff is very dismissive, and get frustrated if there are questions.
Dr. Nguyen is amazing!!! He is very knowledgeable! I went in thinking one thing was wrong with my foot but he looked at it and diagnosed it correctly. Within two weeks I was healed! Kendra the nurse is also amazing! I highly recommend this doctor.
