I came to lexington and was meet with amazing nurse practitioner. she made me feel at ease about my procedure. She explained the procedure and made sure I was comfortable. I do not like needles. Absolutely terrible experience at Lexington Plastic Surgeons. The whole place felt super sketchy from the moment I walked in. The staff didn’t seem to care, the place looked unorganized, and the vibe was just completely off. What really blew my mind was their ridiculous tier system basically, the more money you pay, the better care you get. If you don’t pay top dollar, you get bottom-tier treatment. Please read this BEFORE you decide to use Lexington Plastic Surgery for any procedure!!! I had a consultation in Fall of 2023 for a keloid removal. It's done virtually only by what they call a "consultant or representative of the company". This person is NOT the doctor or nurse doing your procedure. I read the reviews and my expectations weren’t high. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The staff isn’t efficient and lack listening skills. I called to make an appointment for an in-person consult and the staff member didn’t input what I was coming in for correctly. You won’t meet with a medical professional. It will be a consultant who has a nice personality but don’ possess the necessary medical knowledge to effectively conduct consultation.
