From the moment we hung our shingle and our first patients started walking through our doors, patients made it clear that our services were needed. Great staff at Lexington Plastic Surgeons. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. My only suggestion is that they could text appointment reminders. It really helps when a person is busy and cannot remember confirming their appointment let alone having one.
Lexington Plastic Surgeons staff are amazing. I hardly had a wait time. My surgery was a success. I would definitely recommend friends and family. My only suggestion is to have a little bit more time with the doctor before surgery.
When I arrived at Lexington Plastic Surgeons I was greeted by the front desk staff. My wait to see my consultant was very short. When it came to my surgery day my doctor was very informative and passionate about his work. This was my second procedure and I am very happy with the results.
When I came into Lexington Plastic Surgeons, I was greeted by a warm and knowledgeable staff. After surgery my bedside manner by Dr. Jones and his nurses was excellent. My only problem was that the sitting area where you go to after recovery is uncomfortable and not private.
On my visit to Lexington Plastic Surgeons I was greeted by a professional staff. The staff helped me to feel comfortable from the day I booked my surgery to the day of my surgery. They were also very helpful and friendly to me. My one recommendation would be have a better communication breakdown about the information that I needed. I would also like updated notes 2-3 days before surgery so the breakdown of my surgery. I am in my follow up stages and every thing has been great so far.
I had a great experience at Lexington Plastic Surgeons. Everyone front the patient coordinators to the nurses and doctors gave me good information. They made me feel so comfortable with my decision to have elective surgery. They were so understanding about my vision of what I wanted. The post care nurse Dynella is so kind and informative that I actually look forward to all of my visits with her.
My back still hurt a bit from not being able to stand straight up after my tummy tuck procedure. But overall my experience with the practice has been good. My surgeons spent enough time with me and answered all my questions. I do wish you guys had a wheelchair to escort patients out to their cars after surgery.
Everyone was helpful and my surgeon explained everything in detail. My only issue was getting threw the call center to speak with my consultant. I was placed on hold for so long when I finally got in contact with an operator.
The staff was very professional and my surgeon was great. My consultant on the other hand wasn't so great, she gave me a lot of misleading information. In the future I definitely will be coming back, but I will choose a different consultant.
