There is nothing good to say about this neighborhood. The HOA knits-picks at dumb stuff but doesn’t fix big problems, like the blatant speeding issue down the main road. You can’t even park more than two cars your own drive way because of the sidewalk rules. They even try to control what you have in your own backyard, even if it is fenced in. The HOA here is toxic. They auctioned my house over $1500. I tell everyone I meet to avoid HOAs. If your thinking of moving in here, don't. Mostly a bunch of up tight people worried about following strict HOA rules.
