This is by far the best office, the front desk is so nice, friendly, welcoming and inviting. My physical therapist Lucas is so awesome; I feel like my victories are ‘our’ victories ; the entire staff exceeds all my expectations!!!
The therapists and office staff are very pleasant and friendly. I think the approach might be outdated, however. There's a lot of emphasis here on modalities like ultrasound and heat. I was given a sheet of exercises to do at home, and some explanation of how to do them, but very little progression of exercises over time or checking to make sure I was doing them right. Eventually I went to a different PT who spent a lot of time helping me strengthen the muscles supporting my damaged joint and had better results.
