Could not recommend more. Both of our children have seen Dr. Lauren Matthews since birth as will our third baby once she’s born. They have always been quick to get us scheduled, very flexible when we needed appointments changed, and super responsive to any medical questions over the phone / MyChart app. Dr Matthews is very caring and gentle and has always made both myself and my girls feel comfortable. We’ve been here twice for our newborn and was very pleased with Dr. Dennison. We will be bringing our oldest in as well. Wait times were short and all the staff has been pleasant to interact with!
Our main office is the Lexington location where we see Dr Emery. We love him and he's great, but the wait times are ridiculous. When you're dealing with a toddler who can't sit still and gets bored easily it's a nightmare. I really dont understand why we're there for almost 2 hours. We've seen Dr. Dennison at the West Cola location the past 3 visits and we've I been in and out within 30 minutes. I'm gonna continue to bring my daughter to this location.
I wish I could give Zero Stars ! The Doctor came in the room and announced she did not know my son. After him being a patient for 5 years 🤦♀️. After his checkup she advised that he needed shots. I asked her for paperwork on the shot and she got irritated. Three days later I received a letter in the mail stating he was dropped from the practice. I guess they drop your child if you ask questions.
