I brought my Ford Lightning EV Truck in for the 20k servicing and it all went smoothly. They did it while I waited and I was out of there within an hour. Waiting room is nice with snacks and coffee. The folks at the reception desk were very helpful and cordial. I’d go back there for servicing.
I’ve had Sara, a service representative for my last couple of visits. She is very knowledgeable, conscientious, and a pleasure to interact with on all occasions. I will ask for her again on my next service visit. She’s proven herself to me and that makes me a happy camper

Meagan was very helpful and responsive to my questions and concerns. And when the work was thought to be delayed, she informed me right away. Luckily, the team’s schedule cleared more quickly than even she anticipated and she communicated to me, again very quickly, that the work had been completed just prior to the end of the day. Thanks to her and the team for their help.
