This dealership failed to provide a notarized bill of sale during our transaction, which resulted in the MVA sending us a bill for their error. When we reached out to resolve the issue, we were met with hostility and arrogance from a man named Joseph Savage. Our experience with this dealership was not only unprofessional, but it also violated MVA policy.
