Everything WAS great at first. I purchased the truck I wanted back in January. Everything was straight forward and to the point, and the salesman was nice and provided plenty of info (since I would be driving over 6 hours to the dealership). The first red flag was their titling service charged me 2x sales tax to title it in the state of Georgia (home state) even though I had my state DMV on the phone saying that a nearly 15% sales tax was completely incorrect.
