Dr. Knight was compassionate, kind and patient. Dr. Kurtz was the exact opposite but I gave a 5 because the rest of the wonderful people there deserve it. Dr. Dedmond repaired my shattered wrist. I was told if I were lucky, I might regain 70% function. I barely have a scar and 100% range of motion in my wrist. LM C, in my experiences, is the best and only hospital I would want treating me. Dr. Lee at Lexington Medical Center is simply fabulous—there’s truly no other way to describe him. From the very first visit, his kindness and exceptional bedside manner stood out. He takes the time to listen, explain, and genuinely care, which makes such a difference during the surgical and healing process. He has taken outstanding care of my mom, and she is healing beautifully. Yes I was going there about a year and I have had a bad experience! The staff of Dr.lee was great but he don’t listen to the patient and rushes you out!! He doesn’t ask how your problem is going or help you when you getting a shot!!
Absolutely rude phone staff!
Zero follow up. The moment I asked for a referral was the moment I was literally dumped. I am in excruciating pain and they couldn’t care less.
