Yes I was going there about a year and I have had a bad experience! The staff of Dr.lee was great but he don’t listen to the patient and rushes you out!! He doesn’t ask how your problem is going or help you when you getting a shot!!

Zero follow up. The moment I asked for a referral was the moment I was literally dumped. I am in excruciating pain and they couldn’t care less.
Went in with a referral for knee pain. Saw Alexander Kurtz, one of the PAs. He rushed me through my appointment, barely letting me get a word in. Treatment was an injection that did not help at all. I could have overlooked this, but when I tried to contact him or a member of his care team to discuss options, I was sent to voicemail and was never contacted back. i had the pleasure of speaking with mrs.reponza washington-riley, she went above and beyond to call me when my health insurance was not giving her answers. she was so kind and understanding. i enjoyed talking to her. i wish there were more people like her in customer service!
