Went in with a referral for knee pain. Saw Alexander Kurtz, one of the PAs. He rushed me through my appointment, barely letting me get a word in. Treatment was an injection that did not help at all. I could have overlooked this, but when I tried to contact him or a member of his care team to discuss options, I was sent to voicemail and was never contacted back. i had the pleasure of speaking with mrs.reponza washington-riley, she went above and beyond to call me when my health insurance was not giving her answers. she was so kind and understanding. i enjoyed talking to her. i wish there were more people like her in customer service!

I was disappointed. Waited 45 mins to be seen by Allison Cleaver. Allison Cleaver was in the room for less than 5 mins and was friendly. Allison completely ignored the problem I was having for the past two years and generically addressed the issue I was there for today. No test or imaging was performed. I will be going to Prisma in the future.
