I had an appointment at 10am and waited over two hours to see the doctor. I am very honest when I am displeased, so I asked to speak to someone because I find it disrespectful when my time is wasted. I spoke with the office manager, and she took the time to talk to me at the height of my frustration. This could’ve been a bad visit, but I am writing this review to say thank you. I recently had my cataract consultation w Dr Bray...surgery scheduled for Jan....and I already love her!!
I had the best experience seeing Dr. Bethany Bray. She was very knowledgeable and thorough with my eye exam. She recommended products to help with dry eye and is monitoring my “baby” Cataracts. I will definitely see Dr. Bray when it’s time for Cataract Surgery as I’ve heard glowing reviews from her Surgery patients. She is personable and very caring. I highly recommend coming to Dr. Bray at LMC Eye Associates for your Cataracts. The whole staff is excellent!! Thank you Dr. Bray!!
