This place is horrible. A guarantee your loved one will die before they are ready due to neglect and abuse.

They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. Was this senior care facility clean? No, I didn't feel comfortable at all
this place is a joke especially if you have a patient with dementia or alzheimers disease. They use that as a excuse not to do for the patient or take proper care of them such as physical therapy, brushing their teeth, taking care of their dentures, etc. They just love to push pills that make them out of it.
