Good care, though billing department needs to get straight. My bill was not on MyChart and I wasn’t able to pay online. I waited for the system to update but it never did. I got a final notice in the mail, immediately called, paid in full by phone (almost 400 dollars) and then got a call the next day asking me to pay my bill. I asked if my bill included the payments I made and they said yes. After further conversation, they found where I had already paid and apologized. Just frustrating.

Their incompetence and outright apathy for my grandmother’s health has resulted in a large tumor being able to grow unchecked for seven years. There were many signs but they always brushed them off as unimportant. Now that the tumor has been found they don’t want to do any treatment and want to put her on painkillers until she dies. Do not trust these people with you or your loved ones’ health.
