Swansea Primary care has absolutely no compassion. The nurses are out right rude and should clearly find another profession

So I am having an issue with diverticulitis. My primary care doctor sent me here. Which I figured would be easiest since I have had 2 CT scans there in the past 30 days. It is extremely uncomfortable for me to sit so all I asked for was a bed to lay flat in. I don’t care if it is in the waiting room just a flat surface. Nope....whatever happened to medical care....pathetic. Can’t wait for my survey....please call me an ask how your crappy non-caring establishment did.

Had to come to er due to the bees sting because I got where i could hardly breathe and did not have a good experience . I came to the hospital in pain and and I'm leaving and im still in pain cause they wouldn't give me any pain medicine only nmedicine that suppose to numb it but it didn't work it is still hurting. The nurse argued with me cause I asked for an excuse for tomorrow for work cause my hand is hurting and she refused.
