Swansea Primary care has absolutely no compassion. The nurses are out right rude and should clearly find another profession
The staff here is very rude! Rudest Dr I have ever met! Dont go here ever! No bedside manner whatsoever, if you dont like your job, do something else!
Worst place ever. A literal hell hole. I wouldn’t even give it one star but Facebook forced me.
Every person I encountered at this place seemed they wanted to be somewhere else. 3 and a half hours there ,saw Dr for less than 3 minutes and she didn't care what I had to say about the pain I was in. Had the rudest nurse. I'll go sit and wait to get worked in at my family Dr next time. Recommend going ANYWHERE else than this place. The only girl that was nice was the one taking my money thoguh,lol.
Make sure the roaches are not crawling everywhere!
two hrs and still not seen a Dr this place is the worst
Worst service ever. I will not be back. Drive to medcare in Lexington, by the time you drive there and back, and be seen, they still wouldn't have seen you here.
