I have lived at Lexington Apartments for almost two months. The office staff is very friendly and helpful and the blue shirts - or the maintenance staff seem to know what they are doing and perform all work orders in an efficient, capable and timely manner. The grounds are always kept tidy as nice as well. There is a community building with classes and activities for both kids and adults as well. Its a great stepping stone for some and a nice more permanent home for others.
I've lived at Lexington Manor for about a year and it seems very clean and has nice surroundings. The maintenance people handle the work orders on time and satisfy their residents needs. I would say they are on top of schedule at all times.
