Submitted an application for an apartment . Had to but down “Earnest “ money which came out immediately then when deceived to go a different route was told it have it back in 5-7 days this is a lie! As of today it’s been 10 days and it’s just now being processed and now told it be another 2-4 business days. After reading other reviews glad I went a different route

February 21, 2023 Lexington Management, On February 15, 2022 I believe that Lexington has committed several violations in accordance with ********* State Laws. After **** gave her notice to move out, a standard pre-move out inspection was scheduled for 1/26/23. Our staff posted a 12-hour notice to enter but were unable to do so because the screen door was locked. The pre-move out inspection was rescheduled for 1/31/23 and we were able to enter at that time.On 2/14/23 a showing was scheduled, and the tenant said they were sick and did not want us to enter, which we did not. Awful company. We were approached by an area manager recently who was very rude to my wife at the door and only changed her attitude when she found out we were recording the conversation. Have been getting harassed by a neighbor but we are apparently the ones in the wrong. Got sent a recording that was apparently of me making noise but you couldn’t even hear anything, but I send a noise complaint in and get told to call the cops. The company is awful to deal with and I’ve submitted a work order about pipes freezing and they ... read more

My strong advice is to avoid any properties associated with this management company. I made a huge mistake and chose a property in Pleasant Prairie Wisconsin, hoping to find a decent place to live. At first sight the grounds are perfectly groomed, but the management in Green Bay throws on more fees than any property I’ve ever lived. I have also found with every communication I have had with them they use threatening scare tactics for their control method. 1 star is way to high of a rating for this place .Im living over in the Bridgewater Trails apartments, owned by Lexington, and while I was home today someone from managment came through showing my apartment. Which is nothing new, this was literally the 7th time in the past week they’ve been in here, but this particular time I had no prior notice making it illegal entry of my apartment. Great place to live, very quiet as well at Waterford Height. Only problem I have is that while changing over to a new job, I was short on money for awhile and still am and couldn’t pay all my rent on time when I planned to pay it during the time anyway. I realIze it’s in the lease to pay rent by the first but I think it’s ridiculous and selfish when there are people that do have financial difficulties. Maybe talk with the tenant before putting 10 threats of eviction on my door and in my mailbox. Only annoys thing here.

I loved my property and unfortunately the landlord passed away and one of the owners of Lexington bought it 4 years ago and has the company manage it. There are many issues that have taken what seems like forever to resolve but considering how thick the stack of paperwork is I will try to keep this simple. #1. 181 Days to have a working locking patio door.
