Will charge you $600 after you move out for some mineral deposits on your stovetop when it’s easily removable. Couldn’t be home to watch them do the inspection so they took it upon themselves to charge us for a bunch of things that were negligible and lightbulbs which they aren’t supposed to as stated in the lease. if i could leave a negative star review i would! the maintenance guys are so nice but management here is passive aggressive and don’t answer their phones or emails EVERRR
I have lived in Lexington Management properties for about 3 years. I have to say they are the worst landlords that I have ever dealt with. They over charge, they are incredibly rude, and they make things very inconvenient. Minor cleaning charges (dust on blinds, paint touch up, etc) was charged over $400 from them. I urge anyone looking to live in any of their communities to look elsewhere.
