If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This is on of the worst rental companues in wisconsin. Please, for your mental and physical health, do not rent here
Horrible experience everything looks really nice but in Reality everything is cheep and brakes right away after one week the floor started to come up all of the light bulbs went out and they do not pay for it we had to pay for it they charge you for every lil scratch They would bang on are door waking us up just to put a letter under the door would think we would be getting treated better for paying for a premium price not to mention that at the end of the lease you have to make it rent ready for the next person this is the ... read more
I always recommend people to stay away from any of the apartments from Lexington Management. You will not get all or much of your security deposit back. We spent days cleaning our place from top to bottom and only got a fraction of our deposit back. Likely a scam to get more money from you. They increased rent $200 which is why we chose to leave them!
The maintenance team was very responsive and attentive when an issue came up.
I've lived at one of their locations for over 5 years with a spotless record, but since I missed an email stating I needed to provide proof of insurance, I was fined $250. I called after providing the proof of insurance to see if they could wave the fee, and their support staff was rude and unhelpful, and effectively told me to "kick rocks". I'll be leaving this unit when my lease expires and will never recommend Lexington to any friends or family.
