The maintenance team was very responsive and attentive when an issue came up.
I've lived at one of their locations for over 5 years with a spotless record, but since I missed an email stating I needed to provide proof of insurance, I was fined $250. I called after providing the proof of insurance to see if they could wave the fee, and their support staff was rude and unhelpful, and effectively told me to "kick rocks". I'll be leaving this unit when my lease expires and will never recommend Lexington to any friends or family.
Lexington's management seems more focused on making money than fostering a community. I don't usually write reviews, but I was appalled when they charged a woman in my complex $500 because her child used chalk on the parking lot pavement. The chalk washed away in a few days, but they still saw fit to go after a child for such an innocent activity—talk about low. Additionally, the frequent chemical spraying on the lawn is concerning. Terrible management company. I moved into a new build In December and I've had water coming in through my patio door for two months now. They've come out to "fix" it twice now and still happens every time it rains. I've sent videos of the water pouring in from the baseboard and all I get is "it's been sent to the maintenance manager" I've reached out via email about getting a credit on my account considering I have a pond in my living room every time it rains and I either get no response or a vague response saying they will ... read more
For all you readers reading these reviews it's all true! If I could give a negative -9999 i would. It's been months since our main entrance door lock situation has been fully resolved. None of us residents has received any mail or packages from USPS due to the door latch being broken that allows guest or USPS to get in. USPS refuses to walk around to deliver our mail because it's a "Inconvenience" to them until our door latch is replaced or fix.
