Don’t recommend, and Make sure nothing goes wrong because if you put in a work order it will take over 2 weeks and you still won’t hear a word or an answer to our emails. But gosh forbid you have something on your patio they don’t like you get a email and 48 hours to remove it. So weird especially the amount you have to pay to live here
This is lexington homes (the homebuilder) not lexington management (the leasing company). I had to search for lexington management hobart for it to find the correct listing on google maps, it shows up as lexington management llc
I dread any comminication from my leasing company because it is almost always bad. They usually send us an email with less than one business hour of notice warning us of some next day event with an 8 hour arrival window. They also raise prices every other year and charge an extra 20% to go month to month which can make planning life changes unduely stressful. Will charge you $600 after you move out for some mineral deposits on your stovetop when it’s easily removable. Couldn’t be home to watch them do the inspection so they took it upon themselves to charge us for a bunch of things that were negligible and lightbulbs which they aren’t supposed to as stated in the lease. Scammers. Oh and my neighbors AC wasn’t working in the summer, she contacted management they ignored her for weeks.
