NP Loomey was very professional and knowledgeable. My labs were previously ordered and they did not do at the appointment. The lab tech first lied about timing of labs, then stated the abs would not be spun down by the time of transport. She was worried about getting off on time versus patient care. I’m in pain and she offers other locations to have this service. We were very disappointed, to say the least, in care.
Great service and professional staff. Doctor took time to listen and answer ally questions. Explained all my lab results.
On a search for a new PCP and care team I seen here energy was definitely not a vibe for me at this practice!!! The nurse nor Dr Tucker seem to be as caring or happy about their job or new patient. These Dr can not be trusted these days. It’s sad and a crazy world we live in!! Also provided info in my chart as if I was the Dr. and I just told her what I was gone do. I came here for you to direct me in the right path with my health!!! Waisted my Medicaid!!!
Decent enough Dr.'s but they get you with the follow up visits being scheduled when you leave so you never get to schedule an annual visit. Annual visits are longer and pay them less so they try to get everybody caught in the follow up loop. Less care for you more money for them. Good luck scheduling your Annual visit!
