How horrible this is on this lousy company WestPorte Homes. I cannot believe how you guys cannot fix the broken post you guys have put on my home 2 years ago!! RecommendedWestport Home and their Sales Consultant Dawn Henderson are awesome. She walked me through the entire process and answered all my questions. My new house(well I’ve been here for a year now) is everything I wanted and they continue to help me even after I closed. 5 stars to them and to her!!!

westport could do a better job of following up with warranty work. I've been in my home for 18 months and still working to complete 90 day walk through items. I was told someone would paint my outside back door trim when the weather got better. We've had several days, even weeks of good weather still no paint or appointment set up to complete work. Painter came to paint didn't bring paint. Tub has paint in it still has paint in it. Nail pops were fixed at 12 months some of the same nail pops are back. Drywall was done now my... read more
By not trying so very hard to pass more and more "Rules" to take away what I consider my rights as a person living in a free society. If I don't hurt anyone it should not matter that I have a bird feeder and bird bath. The birds were here long before these houses.
If there was an option I would give this company 0 stars….I had my initial design center appointment on 4/11/2019 in Indianapolis with Annette, and I have to say it was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The lack of professionalism, the attitude, and refusal to assist with questions and concerns was appalling and has forced me to reconsider building with Westport Homes.
