I dread any comminication from my leasing company because it is almost always bad. They usually send us an email with less than one business hour of notice warning us of some next day event with an 8 hour arrival window. They also raise prices every other year and charge an extra 20% to go month to month which can make planning life changes unduely stressful. Do not believe that they will Seed your yard when purchasing a new home. They will throw seed down with no intention to make sure any grass actually grows.
I have had terrible experience with Lexington Homes. They build things super cheap and defective. They connive with their contractors and lie about construction inspection reports.
Do not buy a home from them. Discovered all trim and kitchen cabinets are made with mdf in our new home and after a year in the house chips of paint and mdf are falling off. The trim in the bathroom is swollen because of regular moisture. The paint on the walls is so thin that it flakes off. The paint on the kitchen cabinets is already wearing off. We are having to repaint the walls, are thinking about having to redo the kitchen, and will probably replace all the trim with wood. Water heater is already on the fritz. For half... read more
