Jay was very helpful in performing a home inspection within timeline and very detailed, responsive. I highly recommend him for doing a home inspection.
I have used Lexington Home Inspections multiple times and could not be happier with the quality of service provided. Jay is wonderful to work with. His reports are very thorough and extensive, down to the most minute items that some inspectors might dismiss or overlook. My inspections were completed in a timely manner with the report being issued promptly without mistakes or issues. I highly recommend Lexington Home Inspections to any home buyer.
If I wrote this review a month ago, they would receive a better review as they are professional and clearly put forth the effort to find issues with the house we purchased. And they did find issues, just nothing worth bringing to the seller. However, after living here a month, we received notice from our insurance company that we have to fix multiple issues otherwise they will cancel our insurance.
