Very unprofessional builder, they damaged my backyard with all the sand damaging in my yard. Construction manager does not want to help repair the sod that was caused by the builder and construction people. If I was you for the way they are conducting business DO NOT buy from this builder. I have spoke with other people who have bought century community homes and they are having warranty problems as well. So unprofessional and damaging to our property.
Unprofessional builder, they damaged our yard with all the sand coming over to our yard. We have spoken to Jerry the construction manager about handling and addressing this situation but claims they will not take care of this. Absolutely unprofessional.
This community is extremely disappointing. In less than a year my home is falling apart. HOA has made minimal improvements to the retention ponds in our community. There has been no beautification to the community. No enforcement of regulations have been done to make sure our streets are clear of vehicles at night. Our gates have not been installed, easy access to anyone into our community. No area for children to play safely besides the streets. Homes are being completed in 3 months of time.
