My sister was in the Lexington Health Care Center in Lake Zurich in January until her passing on January 16. I put her in to hospice on the 14th and Paid $3,080. for a weeks care. She had only been in hospice 2 days when she passed. the financial officer told me it would take until the end of February to issue a refund. Well, after waiting the 6 weeks and after numerous phone calls, no refund.
