6 days later: we had to hire a licensed plumber for $125 to fix the mistake Lexington Handyman's made when installing the disposal. Google has removed the business from their listing because of suspicious business practices. I m trying to figure out how to contact "Birdeye" so they can remove Lexington Handyman's listing here. BEWARE don't use this company. It is a scam.

AN UNPRINCIPLED BUSINESS THAT RIPS OFF ELDERS. We believe this is a business which simply contracts out and has no control over the services that go to people's homes. The messed up our diswasher and never came to repair what they did wrong. Note; this review service is also a scam. We wrote 3 negative reviews and the "5 rating" has not changed. What a scam!
Interesting....when you file a negative review the rating does not change. All we want is for the company to repond to our problem, which they created.
We hope this negative review will prevent other customers from being ripped off by this business. The installed a disposal incorrectly. They will not return calls. They will not fix their mistake. We have contacted the health department, the AG's office, Google, Yelp, and BBB.
