Affordable. If you need a place right away that will be understanding about your situation. This is what my room looks like. I pay 1100 a month for two people.
Dilapidated, debris everywhere, landlord does not care about this place. Too bad 0 stars is not an option... In agreement with other reviews, landlord is rude and disrespectful (and zombie-like). My friend tried to move in recently. After giving them the money, and a money order for the application fee, and then spending time filling out the application, they brought us what they told us was the only unit they had available. i dropped someone off doing uber around 11p and never been there before & it looks disgusting ! if you actually live here or plan to , you are the problem
