My nurse practitioner moved to this location and I have been seeing do 2 yrs and nothing has changed! She is great, listens and is very helpful. The staff is friendly.
This place needs to be closed down. Plain and simple.
I am compelled to write a survey today, I’ve been leaving voice messages to schedule an appointment, my first time leaving a voicemail, and no Response back, I left a second voicemail message no response. If you care about your health, AVOID THIS PLACE. They do not prioritize patients’ well-being. Instead of investigating health concerns properly, they simply refer you to a specialist and move on. There’s no real effort to understand or help. My mother was a patient here and left after they missed a potentially life-threatening issue. 2025-06: I've been seeing Dr. Altieri for over 20 years, so of course I'm going to stick with him no matter what practice he is at. While I miss the days of him being in practice for himself, it's been okay with Lexington Medical taking over. I had my first appointment with him at this location, and while the office is nice, the ladies at check-in and check-out weren't that personable.
