LIARS - DO NOT USE THERE SERVICE – Lexington Dry Cleaners on Industrial Parkway likes to solicit there cleaners in neighborhoods. They offered us a one time free cleaning service and then charged our credit card a month later. I feel totally ripped off! – Where in Lexington can you find a dry cleaner that provides friendly, reliable service at a great value for your money? Not at Lexington Dry Cleaners! This is not a one time event - because of the lack of dry cleaners around, I have given them many chances. Last week was their LAST chance! Bad customer service, high prices, clothes not cleaned – I have tried these cleaners 3 times, each time my clothes were returned to me dirty and smelling awful. Counter employees are extremely rude and have a very bad attitude when confronted with problems. These people act as if they don't care if they get your business or not! With very few dry cleaning facilities in Lexington, SC there really isn't much choice at all! Their prices are high and fluctuate from visit to visit. I never know what to expect in cost. Worst customer service ever! – The Lexington Dry cleaners not only lost one of my very expensive sweaters, but in the same day I had to take back a coat which did not get cleaned at all. They were very visible stains and I had paid $20 for 3 items to get cleaned (one did not get cleaned, the other was lost). I proceeded to to make a complaint about the lost sweater, and asked for a refund until they found my sweater, the MANGER would not do so.
