The office is a comfortable and attractive space The experience, my first visit, was entirely positive. Dr. Jana has a great, relaxed “chairlift manner”. Her exam was gentle and thorough. Very professional. I felt relaxed and engaged. Everyone in the office made me feel welcome and comfortable to be there. I am very happy to have found this dental practice.

I recently had a dental cleaning and it was excellent! The hygienist did a thorough job, and the cleaning left my teeth feeling fresh and completely clean. The dentist was very attentive, taking the time to carefully check my teeth and fit me for a night guard. I really appreciated the professionalism and attention to detail throughout the visit. Highly recommend this dental office!
My experience with Megan, the office manager, was not what I would expect from a professional setting. Her tone came across as aggressive and unkind, making the interaction uncomfortable. In a patient-facing role, communication and empathy are essential, and this experience did not reflect that. I hope additional training in leadership, empathy, and patient interaction is considered. This interaction significantly impacted my confidence in the practice and has made me question whether I will return.
