I love living here
I moved out of the apartments April of 2023. I didn’t get a list of charges till 3 months after I move out (supposed to be within 21 days of moving out) I get a message from the apartment manager almost a year later I need to pay them $605, which was $500 more then my paperwork said. I wrote her back saying I wasn’t going to pay them that amount. Fast forward to January of 2025 I get a letter from a collection agency that said I owed the apartment more then $2,000. Mary Beth called me last Thursday to say I was next on the waiting list. I talked to her last Thursday and Friday and she said I would be receiving a phone call from Stacy next week. I texted her today and she proceeds to tell me she doesn't remember talking to me and that I'm not even on the waiting list! I sure dodged a bullet with this place cos if they can't remember they called me how are they going to remember I paid rent??? Horrible management!
