This place is terrible. Maintenance takes forever, even during emergencies. I was without heat for almost 3 months, and when I asked how I would be compensated, they stated I wouldn't be. It's illegal to not provide heat in the winter, and they only FINALLY fixed it when they knew the Building Code Compliance Office was called and their unit was about to be condemned due to lack of heat.
