My husband and I waited over 5 years to move here and it was a big mistake. I'm still waiting for things to be fixed that were broken when we moved in almost 2 years ago. For health reasons we can't drive so we have to get our groceries and other things delivered. And we've had food stolen from our bags. I wish things would improve because we don't have the energy to move. Hopefully with new staff coming in things will improve.
Maintenance could be alot better, office workers are the best, and very nice
I just moved back after being gone for 3 1/2 years……I am happy to be back. Linda and Yolanda are both so knowledgeable,helpful and friendly. Any problem I have reported is taken care of in a timely manner. The staff are all very friendly. Brian and CJ are very knowledgeable. I really enjoy living in this community.
If you have loved one’s in the Poughkeepsie area that’s over the age of 55. DO NOT MOVE THEM HERE! Someone I love very dearly lives here and they noticed all this mold in their bedroom closet. It doesn’t even make sense how this much mold can grow in one unit for a widow that barely does anything during the day. Not to mention there’s also a leak coming from the bathroom ceiling. ( this leak is coming from the unit above them…. A TOILET!) It took days for someone to come out and all they tried doing was wiping the leak and c... read more
