Dr Geile is a very good doctor. My complaint is with the young lady that answered the phone today when trying to schedule an appointment. She was very rude and seemed angry for having to answer the phone. She even hung up on my wife while my wife was trying to ask a question. This is totally uncalled for. My confidence in Dr Geile is the only reason for not boycotting Lexington Clinic.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. The absolute worst experience ever for my child. Dr Higgins is the most unprofessional- she told me my child's tube had fallen out- her PA told me it was still in, and the nurse gave my child the swab to swab his own nose. Then, 3 months later send me a BILL for $$$$$$$$$ and I have the best insurance and never had a bill so high for poor healthcare. Do not trust this establishment.

LexClinic and Dr. Higgins care more about your $ than your health. Revenue means more than making sure you don’t die. Find a less corporate healthcare provider as the Richmond facility has massive turnover and are cold , unfriendly and could care less of you are in good health. I have multiple experiences where I had massive $ bills for things my insurance should have covered but they like $ at this business more than you.
