All the employees that actually cared about the patients are gone. Why would you be honest with your counselor and tell them that you relapsed if they automatically going to take your bottles what good is it if you can’t be honest with your counselor the person that is supposed to help you. There is no understanding and care for the patients, just people that want the bonus points of catching someone that relapsed.

This place is very rough edged. I've had problems with staff lying about what they do until I provided proof and it got escalated the director. They do mean well, just not a professional organization. And the worst is the phones. Listen.... If you are suffering and need help they WILL help you but you very likely will not be able to get in touch with them over the phone.
