This place is very rough edged. I've had problems with staff lying about what they do until I provided proof and it got escalated the director. They do mean well, just not a professional organization. And the worst is the phones. Listen.... If you are suffering and need help they WILL help you but you very likely will not be able to get in touch with them over the phone. Been going here 3 years. Some of these bad reviews are ridiculous. My whole first year I gave dirty drug test every single time with no consequences other the. Being checked on in a compassionate manner. This is the only reason I am clean today. I was able to do it on my own terms. And I have been to dozens of other treatment facility’s and clinics. Have been going to Peekskill clinic for over 3 years. You wouldn’t even know it was a methadone clinic from first seeing it or pulling up to it. My counselor is great!!! I’m usually in and out unless I have to see doctor or counselor and still that doesn’t take long.
