They shouldnt book appointments for one time to make you wait an hr in the waiting room. People have lives to ya know. The minute you'd be 5 mins late though, they'd charge your ass. Making my grandma transfer her care. Do better, its not hard. Common sense!
The Doctors are Amazing! And Most of the staff also. BUT THE WAIT THE WAIT!! It beyond long and disrespectful! They dont care if the patient is on Oxygen or they have to go to work. They will cancel your appointment with no notice!! then say they called, when they did NOT!! You have to make sure to clear you schedule if you have an appointment at Lexington Cardiologist as it will take at least 3 hrs to be seen and that is being nice to say the least. Can’t even give it any stars absolutely the worst cardiologist I have ever encounter and I’m in the medical field myself. So rude unprofessional and inconsiderate towards the patients in their whole practice. Transitioning my mom out of here and going somewhere more reliable they have canceled appointments because the doctor is too busy teaching.
They will give you an attitude over faxing paperwork in which they sent incorrectly and won’t apologize very rude
Prepare to spend your entire day here. Appts start at 9:15 you won’t be pulled back until 10:30. Then they leave you in the room for 1 hr+ along with rude terrible office staff. It’s a shame because the doctors are actually good.
