I wish I could give 10 stars. I've been going here for over 10 years now (in just into my 30s) and I absolutely love this practice. From the doctors (Dr. St Pierre is easily the best doctor of any specialty I've ever seen), to the nurses, to the receptionists- everyone here is not only great at their jobs, but also so kind. Couldn't recommend more!
This place is a joke , took my mom for her appointment at 11:15 got here a little early , got called in at almost 12:00 pm the medical assistant or whoever she was called her name but before she called her name , she went and looked to see how many patients were in the waiting room , there wasn’t anyone else , she then ask my mom to confirm dob my mom didn’t hear her because she was already all the way down the hall way , snapping her fingers saying cmon ,cmon hurry up , in which she thought wasn’t heard .
DR MALKIN and DR BRICE are the best they saved my mother's life ❤ ♥
They have called to let us know that the appointment was canceled because the doctor was not available. That is understandable. But any time I call back to get a new appointment time, after waiting for about 7-10 minutes to get to a live person, the representative would put me on hold without telling me that and then another 10 minutes waiting when a phone would ring 5-7 times and then the call gets disconnected. Very happy with Dr. St.Pierre. Office is very chaotic though.
