I boarded all 3 of my dogs for 3 days and then when they came home Monday that night one of them was throwing up and had horrible diarrhea, he's never been sick prior to bringing him there. I took him to the vet and the vet told me he had Hookworm. I have 3 dogs and multiple cats so I had to foot the bill to get all of them medicine for hookworm and might I add this is something gross that can be passed even by stepping in the feces to humans or other animals via the skin. I have been going to Lexington for over 20 years. The staff is courteous and considerate. Dr. Stanley is personable and knowledgeable and has provided exceptional care for all three of my chihuahuas. I have the upmost confidence that my girls are receiving the best care. Dr. Taylor, Dr. Wilhouse, and Dr. Seaman...are great vets too. I LOVE THIS PLACE. Chewy has been going there for many, many years. His 14th birthday is soon. He is in love with Lisa, his Groomer. The staff and doctors are Terrific. They treat Chewy and us like family. See you guys soon ,
Dr. Kiel is amazing, but seldom available. Dr. Schindler is decidedly afraid of large dogs, lacking in communications skills and most importantly, veterinary skills. Being charged premium rates for his services is a kick in the teeth.
