If I could give this negative stars I would. We rented out Lexington arms for our first apartment. It was the WORST EXPERIENCE! We stayed ONE NIGHT. and had to leave. There were roaches, bedbugs, the stove didn't work, and the basement was completely flooded which let out a HORRIBLE smell. And now we're probably going to have to throw ALL our furniture away because it's all completely infested 😡 They did not even attempt to fix a single thing! Their service was horrible. They don't fix anything. Have work orders in for repairs several months old and counting. They nickle and dime you for every possible thing. (Their own app to pay your rent charges you money, to pay them money.) They charge to use the washer that doesn't work. Mice get into the apartment because they are not properly sealed off. It's like living in a slum, but worse.
I have lived here for little under a month and it so far has been a horrible experience balcony is broken my son almost fell through it and the property manager said he was going to fix that and the air conditioner but has yet to do it I would advise people to never live here
Would not rent here. Keep raising rent almost $1000 a month. They fix nothing. New owners do not want to deal with anything. Like designated parking they have had for years out here and now they say people can park anywhere. Not right at all. For $1000 a month tennants should have 1 designated parking space. Now people that do not even live there park in tennants spots. People in G1 have people sleeping in their car almost every night in tennants spot. Place needs caring owners.
