Had to put one star to put my review this place is messed up manger doesn't care except collecting money we had time to move but our uhaul is small so we told them we need a couple of days more they said its ok and all my kitchen clothes and government papers are in the apt but they lied and didnt keep their word and locked it the same night we came after the phone call even tho they've said u have 2 more days to take ur stuff and this apt doors are open frome the sides roaches gets in while ur sitting ac doesn't work since ... read more
At first Lexington Apartments was good but this being an old apartment complex is infested with roaches, even for the home that you move in. The maintenance is okayish at time but bad at times. Had a dryer out for a month at one point in time and had to go out for drying and washing our clothes. Even with constant complaints of roaches, all you get is a guy spraying the kitchen and bathroom on a Wednesday and it obviously doesn’t kill roaches. I have been living here for about 3 years. The first year was good, second was ok, but third has been a total nightmare. The complex is dirty, people do not follow regulations at all. There are bones, hair braids, food containers… etc all around the apartment complex. People do not pick up after their dog. I can continue but you get the idea. My neighbor is smoking weed inside their apartment and of course all the smells are coming to my apartment through the drains. This has been reported several times to managers but nothi... read more
