Worst management ever the people living there are amazing but the management has hidden fees not in the contract and getting them removed is impossible they increase rent because or renovations s and while part of it is welcomed others suck carpet needs replaced the kitchen is cheaply done and there is mold in the walls every time I need something fixed they take a wile to get to it and they really do not care about you at all they tried to make me pay the security deposit 2 times until I spent an hour on the phone telling t... read more
I wrote that management was horrible! Then somebody on this platform told me to email them and they would “help fix things”! So I emailed them and still no email back. Like I said before horrible management they don’t care they just want to appear to care!
I love living here place is admirably a little older a not in the best shape but overall it's great rent is low Landry is free (it is a shared Landry room but costs nothing) parking is free and overall the rooms while not being super large have plenty of space for most people haven't had to talk with management about any problems yet so I will update if I have any problems getting anything fixed
DO NOT RENT HERE. It seems really cheap, but after all of the dumb hidden fees and utilities, the price is around 800 dollars a month. The apartments are disgusting, with things broken when you move in. There are 3 washers and 3 dryers for 30+ apartments, and they are broken most of the time. The property management is awful and when you call them they are super rude and unhelpful. We put a maintenance request in for our door handle and blinds and it took them 3 days to replace blinds and we were billed $60 for it. When they... read more
