I wouldn’t recommend this apartment complex or Dearman Property Management to anyone. While living at Lexington Apartments, owner by Dearman Property Management, I had to contend with management that simply did not care and ignored their residents, loud trespassers using our pool almost daily, the police coming because of the trespassers, and baseballs hitting my car, other cars, and apartment windows.
