Thank you to our veterinarian, Dr. Gilbert at Lexington Animal Clinic and her staff. Due to Covid as many of us know we have wait outside, or in the lobby when we take our furbabies in. Instead they let us spread a blanket on the grass next to her office and came out to us through the whole process. Made it so much more comfortable for all of us over a sterile exam room. They were awesome and compassionate at a really tough time.
They use bullying tactics to make you pay for overpriced procedures. Not my cup of tea.
Dr Gilbert and her staff were ever so kind to us when we took L'il Joey,my precious blonde chihuahua, in for an emergency visit about 7or8 years ago. Dr.Gilbert in fact took L'il Joey home with her that night to continue his intensive care until we took him to the surgery center the next day, we believe Dr. Gilbert saved Joeys life. We will b taking him in for a dental appointment asap.
If you care about your safety, don't go to Lexington animal clinic. The receptionists are not wearing masks, and there are no plexiglass dividers. We'll be going elsewhere. This is not the first time I've had an issue here
I received the answers I needed. I'm grateful for that. On to phase 2

The “head” breeder seemed uneducated about the breed, even asking me “does this type of dog welp or do they get c-sections.” However this was not my actual problem with Lexington Animal Clinic. The staff in the front were actually very rude. And as me and my boyfriend were leaving out of the door, after Prepaying $95 to come back (we live two hours away) for a “ultr... read more
Great people! Good hours. Would highly recommend.
I moved my dogs here after being mistreated by another vet in the area, and it has been a world of change. I am very happy with the service my pets are receiving at Lexington Animal Clinic!
