Lexi's stroller fit classes are super fun and SUPER effective. After a summer of stroller fit, I was able to haul my 24lb baby up a mountain that would have kicked my ass pre-pregnancy. My husband (who has always been in better shape than me) tapped out after carrying her for 500m (with 50m elevation gain), saying it was an impossible hike to do with a baby on your back, but I was able to carry her the next 5km (600m elevation gain)! Thanks to Lexi’s guidance, support and expertise, I was able to have an incredibly positive and empowering hospital birth experience. Her input during the prenatal, post natal and labor and delivery stages left me feeling well prepared. Not only did this allow me to have a wonderful labor and delivery but also an easy and fast recovery. She was able to recognize my specific needs and filled that role perfectly. I would highly recommend to any mother for first or subsequent births.

Lexi is AMAZING and she is an absolutely wonderful person. She respected my birth plan and advocated for me. I am truly blessed and thankful to have found Lexi. I completely trusted her which allowed me to remain calm during my labour and delivery. My entire experience was beyond WONDERFUL and I owe a lot of it to Lexi. I wish there were 6 or more stars as I would give her more than a 5 star rating.
