I recently moved into what was advertised as a “newly renovated apartment,” but my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the outset, I've faced numerous issues: getting stuck inside due to a malfunctioning door, a sink that took months to repair, and a persistent water leak from a broken shower pipe. I moved here in January. The move in process was very fair, I thought. Let's be honest, you can't find anything like this close to this price. It's definitely worth it to me. I have made a very cute home here. For the record I have never lived anywhere in Florida that didn't have a few roaches! The office will work with you if you have a pest issue. Communicate! Toni in the office has been absolutely amazing. Maintenance has been great from what I have seen. I highly recommend this apartment complex, considering the prices!
