Brian is one of the worst people you can do business with. Heard multiple stories of roofs collapsing and they expect their subcontractors to work without heat or electricity. There are much better people and builders to work with.
My husband and I worked with MaKenzie Fillo to help design our dream home in McCall. Her effeciency and attention to detail is extremely high! Her knowledge goes way beyond that of a Home Consultant. She will dive into all aspects of building a house. If you are looking to build a house, I highly recommend MaKenzie at Lexar Homes.
Highly recommend working with Adin at Lexar Homes in Donnelly, he is efficient, knowledgable, and communicative. But also don’t forget the office ladies, Makenzie was a huge help with picking out the floor plan that best suited our lifestyle. You won’t regret working with them!
